What are Android subscriptions?
On the Mixer Android app, you can purchase a monthly recurring subscription on any Partnered Mixer channel that has a SUB button. The subscription on Android costs $4.99/month (This price is in USD. The price will be adjusted based on your location).

What benefits do I get from subscribing on Android?
You will enjoy all the same benefits of subscribing like any other platform. By subscribing, you will directly support the streamer and gain benefits such as site-wide custom channel emotes, the subscriber badge, the ability to earn five times as many sparks and double the XP, and ad-free viewing. 

Is there a limit to the number of Android subscriptions I can have?
Yes. You will be able to subscribe to up to 50 channels on Android.

What if I hit the maximum number of Android subscriptions?
We recommend that you subscribe to the channel on another platform such as or Xbox. The subscription price and subscription benefits are the same regardless of platform. Alternatively, you can cancel a subscription on Android and when the cancelled subscription expires, you can subscribe to a new channel on Android.

How do I purchase an Android subscription?

  1. Got to the stream page of any Partnered Mixer channel with a Subscribe button in the Mixer Android app.
  2. Tap on the Subscribe button to open the purchasing menu.
  3. On the purchase menu, select “Monthly Sub”
  4. Follow the instructions on the Google Play Store payment screen to complete your purchase!

How do I view my Android subscription?
On the subscription management page, you will be able to view your active Android subscriptions, your subscriptions from other platforms and your expired subscriptions. To navigate to the subscription management page, please follow the steps below:

  1. Tap on the Profile tab in the Mixer Android app.
  2. Tap on the Settings icon in the top right.
  3. Tap on Subscriptions to open the subscriptions management page.

How do I cancel my Android subscription?

  1. Navigate to the subscription management page in the Mixer Android app (See: “How do I view my Android subscription?”).
  2. Tap on your active Android subscription. This will bring you to your subscription management page in the Google Play Store.
  3. Cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store.

Note: When you cancel your subscription, your subscription will be turned into a non-recurring subscription. You will still have your subscription benefits until your expiration date. After the expiration date, you will lose your subscription benefits and you will not be charged for the following month.

How do I renew my subscription on Android?
If you purchased a subscription on Android, it’ll auto-renew every month.

If you have a non-recurring subscription and you are within 7 days of the subscription expiration date, then you will be able renew your subscription. Follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the stream page on the Mixer Android app (See: “How do I purchase a subscription on Android?”).
  2. Tap on the Renew button.
  3. On the purchase menu, select “Monthly Sub”
  4. Follow the instructions on the Google Play Store payment screen to complete your purchase!

Note: If you renew your subscription, there will be a difference in the subscription renewal date on Mixer vs. on the Google Play StoreThe renewal date on Mixer will be based on the expiration date of your non-recurring subscription (expiration date + 1 month out)That means your subscription benefits will be renewed based on the renewal date on Mixer, which can be seen in your Billing page. The Google Play Store will base their renewal date on the date of purchase (date of purchase + 1 month out). That means you will be charged for your subscription based on Google Play Store’s renewal date. 

How do I navigate to my billing page on
To navigate to your billing page:

  1. Go to
  2. Click on your profile icon.
  3. Click on Billing to view your subscriptions in the Subscriptions tab.

My subscription purchase on Android did not go through. What should I do?
Please reach out to our Support Team at and they will investigate the issue. Please provide the answer to the following questions, so that they may better assist you.

  1. Was the credit card you used to purchase the subscription charged?
  2. When you purchased the subscription, did you receive a notification about your subscription?
  3. When you purchased the subscription, did you see confetti?
  4. When you purchased the subscription, did you see a Hypebot message in chat that indicated you purchased a subscription?

My recurring payment has been declined. What should I do?
You will have 48 hours to update your payment information on the Google Play Store. After 48 hours, you will lose your subscription benefit. However, if you successfully update your payment instrument within 72 hours, you will be re-subscribed (but your subscription streak will be broken).
