Validating Personal Information

To enroll into Mixer Monetization, we need to verify some of your personal information such as name, age, and address. Go to the dashboard and click the Monetize tab, or just click here. Then complete the form provided.
By submitting this form, you consent to Mixer using your provided data for verification purposes. This data will be shared with verification services that will verify your address, and for compliance purposes. Make sure to answer the prompts with the most up to date information you have available. Processing your information can take up to 24 hours, and you can check this dashboard location to see your latest status.
If it is taking longer than 24 hours, please remain patient as it might be due to higher than expected demand on the program. Reach out to our support team and they can help you check the delay.
My application was rejected
If your application was rejected, please try again. Make sure that the information you are entering is all correct, particularly your address which we may have been unable to verify. Additionally, you must be 18+ years old to sign up for monetization.

Sign up with Partner Center
Once we've verified your personal information, you'll need to sign up with Partner Center. This will involve creating an account, accepting the Mixer Program Agreement, providing tax information, and finally providing payout information.

What is Partner Center?
Partner Center is a Microsoft tool that coordinates payouts and tax compliance for a variety of Microsoft’s partner programs. Mixer integrates with this tool to help distribute payouts for our streamers.
I completed the steps, yet the status didn't refresh, what is happening?
Press the refresh status button. It can take up to a couple minutes for the status to update in some cases.

When will I get paid for Embers spent on my channel?
Mixer will pay you for activity for a given calendar month within 60 days of the close of that month, as per the terms of the Mixer Content Monetization Terms and Conditions document you agreed to.
In addition, you must have at least $50 (USD) owed to receive a payment.
Lets walk through an example:
- In September you earned $30. You are NOT yet eligible for a payment yet as this is under the $50 minimum.
- In October you earned $40. As you are now owed $70, above the minimum threshold, you are now eligible for a payment. You become eligible for payment at the end of the month, in this case October 31st. Mixer will pay you within 2 months of the close of that month, in this case December 31st.
I can’t find any Embers dashboard reporting. Where can I confirm how much I’ve earned?
Currently, Embers reporting must be manually enabled on our end – you should see reporting on your dashboard within a week or so from the first time Embers are spent on your channel. We are working on making this automatic as part of the Monetization sign up process.
My channel doesn’t have an Embers leaderboard. When will I get one?
Currently Ember leaderboards are also manually enabled on our end and should appear within a week or so of the first time Embers are spent on your channel. We’re working on making this automatic. Along these lines, Ember leaderboards may show up on some viewer platforms before others.
I can’t disable individual Ember skills. When will I be able to do that?
The ability to disable Ember skills is manually enabled on our end and should appear within a week or so of the first time Embers are spent on your channel. We’re working on making this automatic.
