Lightstream FAQ

Lightstream Studio takes your Mixer streams to the next level. Lightstream Studio is a web-based streaming studio that lets creators focus more on their content, instead of being a technical wizard. Use Lightstream Studio to upgrade your Mixer streams with overlays, alerts, or transitions from your browser.

Once you enable Lightstream for your Mixer channel, your Mixer feed will first be sent to Lightstream Studio when you start your broadcast.  In your Mixer Project in Lightstream Studio, you will see your feed show up as a capture layer. You can then add more layers like overlays and alerts. All this will be composited together in real-time before it's sent to your Mixer audience.  Learn more about Lightstream at golightstream.com/mixer
