Email Issues

When a streamer goes live, we send an automatic email to their followers. You can manage the email preference for each user on in the Notifications Dashboard at: https://mixer.com/me/account/notifications

An email will automatically be sent to the email address you provided when you create your account. (Make sure to check your spam/junk/trash mail.)

If you are still having issues receiving emails from us and you have checked the Account tab settings, you may also want to try adding noreply@mixer.com to your contact list on your email client.

If that doesn’t help then please contact us at https://mixer.com/contact so that we can look into it further.

Note: You must use the Mixer iOS app to enable push notifications when follower come online.
