Email Issues

When a streamer goes live, we send an automatic email to their followers. You can manage the email preference for each user on in the Notifications Dashboard at:

An email will automatically be sent to the email address you provided when you create your account. (Make sure to check your spam/junk/trash mail.)

If you are still having issues receiving emails from us and you have checked the Account tab settings, you may also want to try adding to your contact list on your email client.

If that doesn’t help then please contact us at so that we can look into it further.

Note: You must use the Mixer iOS app to enable push notifications when follower come online.
