Contacted By CAT Staff On Social Media?

The Community Action Team consists of two groups: Support (technical issues), and Guardian (site policy). We have received questions regarding our team contacting people about site policy, reports, and other similar incidents on social media.


CAT agents do not use Discord (or any other social media) to conduct official business, and will never contact you directly outside of official channels for anything Mixer-related. If such an individual is claiming to be CAT staff, ask them to contact you via official channels, and close the conversation.

Please bear in mind that we also do not apply policy to platforms outside of Mixer; if you feel threatened or harassed by someone on other social media platforms, please report it to their staff, so it can be addressed appropriately.
